    This version of Froyo Android has begun to be widely known by vendors or cellphone manufacturers. The Android 2.2 update brings several excellent features such as zooming in on images in the gallery with gestures, improved USB tethering, and WIFI hotspot features and support for animated GIFs in web browsers.
  7. Android 2.3 Gingerbread.
    Cooperation with Samsung manufacturers in making Samsung Galaxy Series products is increasingly adding to the popularity of Android. Version 2.3 Gingerbread was released on December 6, 2010, by adding several features such as NFC support, copy or paste features by selecting words through a pressed screen, and support for several other sensors.

    This version of Android is specifically for tablet PC devices, bringing several features aimed at business computing on tablets.   9. Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich.
    This version brings features owned by Honeycomb to be able to run on smartphones that were previously only intended for tablet PCs.   10. Android 4.1 Jelly Bean.

  15. Android 8.0 Oreo.
    The user interface on Android Oreo is simpler to make it easier to access applications. The update to the Oreo version brings several features such as the Autofill feature that makes it easier to fill out forms, for example, image-in-picture support and optimization of booting to make it faster.
  16. Android 9.0 Pie.
    The superior feature of this version of 9.0 Pie is the ability of AI or artificial intelligence. With the AI ​​​​feature of your smartphone, you will analyze and learn your usage patterns using your smartphone automatically. In addition, other features are carried such as Adaptive Brightness which will adjust the screen brightness automatically and support bezel-less phones.
  17. Android 10.
    The latest Android version is named Android 10 to commemorate that Android has reached 1 decade commercially. The Android 10 version focuses more on improving the night or dark mode as well as improving the sound amplifier feature to adjust the audio quality.

In the future, this ANDROID OS will only issue version names based on a sequence of numbers, namely android versions 10, 11, 12, and so on. We’ll just have to wait and see for future changes. whether to come out with a version with a special name, or continue with numbers only.
